OFFERINGS

  • Restorative Yoga

    Immerse yourself in a soothing, online sanctuary designed to nurture stillness, self-reflection, and the gentle healing power of simply being.

    Over 60 minutes, you'll be guided through a slow, grounding yoga practice focused on releasing tension and inviting ease. Entirely mat-based, each pose is carefully supported by props to allow your body to relax deeply.

    Join me and experience the healing balm that comes from letting go.

    Thursdays at 7pm - online.

  • EXTENDED Classes

    Holistic 2 hour yoga practices that combine meditation, breathwork, slow creative flow, long holds, and deep rest to foster a balanced, grounded state of being.

    Whether you’re seeking a burst of energy, a moment of deep relaxation, or a chance to nourish your soul, this class will meet you exactly where you are.

    No matter where you are in your practice, you'll find space to grow, relax, and restore.

  • WOMEN'S CIRCLES

    Women’s circles offer time for replenishment and an environment that helps women remember their unique voices and an opportunity to connect with other women on the same path of inner and personal development, supporting one another to thrive.

    You will be welcomed to a space where you can be just as you are. No expectation, no labels, no responsibilities. A place to be yourself.

    Within the safety of the circle, you will be energetically held, nourished & loved, whilst having the time to dive into topics that will allow you to explore, honour and nurture yourself.

  • Day Retreats

    Longer slices of time - half or full days - away from life’s demands, that offer you space to rest, unwind, reflect and connect.

    Each mini retreat is thoughtfully created around a theme often linked to the season, astrology or an intuitive calling that needs to be shared. Coupled with gentle, grounding yoga - suitable for all - journalling, sound therapy, reflection and nourishing homemade snacks and tea.

    A true opportunity for deep rest.
