Immerse yourself in a soothing, online sanctuary designed to nurture stillness, self-reflection, and the gentle healing power of simply being.

Over 60 minutes, you'll be guided through a slow, grounding yoga practice focused on releasing tension and inviting ease. Entirely mat-based, each pose is carefully supported by props to allow your body to relax deeply. As the postures are held, you'll feel your body begin to unwind, settle and melt into a state of tranquility—culminating in a serene, restorative rest.

MONTHLY EXTENDED CLASSES

Join me, on the last Tuesday of every month, for a 2-hour extended practice.

This holistic session combines meditation, breathwork, slow creative flow, long holds, and deep rest to foster a balanced, grounded state of being.Whether you’re seeking a burst of energy, a moment of deep relaxation, or a chance to nourish your soul, this class will meet you exactly where you are.

What you can expect:

  • Meditation and breath work to calm and centre your mind

  • Energising movement to wake up your body

  • Long, restorative holds for soothing release
